Excellent service from even checking in. I was not even seated 5mins before l got called for my to the back. I really love the thoroughness they take with their patience. Nothing feels rushed. The dental work they do is absolutely amazing and makes you as a patient feel cared for. Thank you all for your extraordinary service.

I don't like the dentist. Don't like someone's hands around my face. Well, I've had a painful tooth for a couple months that has finally caused enough pain to make me go to the dentist. Our building has a somewhat new dental office on the floor above mine. I decided to go online to make an emergency appointment. They had an opening on Wednesday at 4pm which is perfect time (I get off work at 3:30). Signed up and was filling out the new patient paperwork when they called me because they could get me in today after work. They were all so nice, made me feel comfortable, chatted with me while waiting for various things. I was very, very happy with my service. They explained everything and treated me like the most important person of their day. Couldn't have asked for a better appointment. They got me figured out and now have a loyal new patient!

I have been a dentist and specialist for about 25 years. I have employed many hygienists in my career and have owned and run many dental practices. Being in the dental industry, I am so picky about who looks in my mouth so it had been a while since I had visited a dentist. I must tell you that I was so impressed by the kindness and gentleness of Kyla and the knowledge of Dr Tanner. He taught me a thing or two about snoring and sleep Dentistry. You should visit this practice. Their care is top notch. I will gladly refer patients to them.

I had a really great experience at Timberline Dental with Dr. Tanner and Kyla. From the moment I walked in, the whole staff was welcoming, and the office itself felt clean, organized, and well run. Kyla did an awesome job with my cleaning. She walked me through everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time, which I really appreciated. It never felt rushed, and she was incredibly thorough. Dr. Tanner was just as great. He did a very detailed exam and found a few cavities that needed attention. What stood out to me was how clearly he explained everything—he went over my options in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t feel overwhelming. They were also able to get me back in quickly to take care of everything, and the whole process was smooth and surprisingly painless. I feel like they really care about their patients and take pride in their work. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a dental office that’s professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly.
